THE APPLIQUE SOCIETY


Your local chapter of THE APPLIQUE SOCIETY (TAS) is meeting the first Wed. of each month at Top Shelf Quilts. Come socialize and be inspired by fellow applique enthusiasts! This is an informal group of quilters who love applique quilts and want to encourage this technique. It is not a formal class, and there is no fee to attend one meeting, but you must join TAS to keep coming!

We will do 100 blocks (6"x 6")
4 blocks each month for
$ 6.00
(includes domestic shipping)

  • We will start with easier blocks and work up to harder blocks.
  • We will eliminate the hardest blocks  (Y-seams, hexagons, etc.)
  • We will not include applique blocks, but will include paper piecing.
  • Near the end of the Club, we will have four options for finishing.
  • Coordinating fabrics will be available for:   sashing, borders, backing, and binding.
